Objective
The goal of our investment portfolio is to promote economic development in New Mexico communities, while generating financial returns for our investors. This is achieved by providing capital and expertise to qualified businesses.
Investment Size & Type
We typically invest $500,000 to $1,000,000 in qualified companies in exchange for preferred stock.
Distribution
We seek to invest in underserved communities throughout New Mexico, particularly outside the Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Los Alamos metropolitan areas.

Preferred Company Characteristics
We seek applicants that are innovative, ambitious, and committed to providing a superior workplace environment. Target portfolio companies:
- Exhibit a pattern of sustained revenue growth, and are cash flow positive.
- Operate in rural or under-invested areas of the State not readily served by traditional venture capital funding.
- Demonstrate the capacity to achieve social and financial objectives.
